How to apply for AP Residential Certificate Online?

  • Visit your nearest Mee Seva Center.
  • Take an application form for applying AP Residence Certificate.
  • Before filling the application form, go through the application form once because false information or incorrect information may lead to the rejection of your application form.
  • Fill the application form with correct information.
  • Attach the photo copies or Xerox copies of above said required supporting documents.
  • Pay the prescribed fees applying for AP Residence Certificate.
  • Submit the application form along with the supporting documents.
  • You will get a receipt which contains your application number or reference number.
  • Save it for further reference.
  • By using this reference number or application number you can track the status of your application form.
  • After the successful submission, you can collect your AP Residence Certificate at your nearest Mee Seva Center or you can even download it by using the reference number or application number.

  • Residence Certificate Application Form.
  • Aadhar Card or Ration Card or Voter Id card (EPIC) for proving your Photo Identity.
  • Property Tax Paid Receipt or Current Bill or Telephone Bill for Proving your Address.

How to apply for AP Residence Certificate Offline?

  • Visit your nearest Mee Seva Center or a Citizen Services Center or Stationery shop where you can find AP Residence certificate application form.
  • Take an application form for applying AP Residence Certificate.
  • Before filling the application form, go through the application form once because false information or incorrect information may lead to the rejection of your application form.
  • Fill the application form with correct information.
  • Attach the photo copies or Xerox copies of above said required supporting documents.
  • Submit the application form along with the supporting documents at your Deputy Tahsildhar office.
  • You will get an acknowledgement which contains your application number or reference number.
  • Save it for further reference.
  • After the successful submission, you can collect the AP Residence Certificate from the Deputy Thaisildar’s office.

  • If the Residence Certificate is ready then you can download it and take the print.
