  • Visit the Punjab edistrict official portal. (Citizen Services Center or a Nagar Nigam Service Center).
  • Click on the Services menu from the main menu.
  • Select Residence Certificate download option.
  • Punjab Residence Certificate application form will be displayed.
  • Download the Punjab Residence Certificate application for applying Punjab Residence Certificate.
  • Before filling the application form, go through the application form once because false information or incorrect information may lead to the rejection of your application form.
  • Fill the application form with correct information.
  • Attach the copies of above said required supporting documents.
  • Submit the application form along with the supporting documents.
