How to apply for Marriage Certificate Online in Haryana State?

  • Visit the ulbharyana Official website.
  • From the services menu; select State Services- Forms for Public.
  • Click on Registrations option from the list.
  • Select Hindu Marriage registration application form.
  • Hindu Marriage registration application form will be displayed.
  • Download Hindu Marriage registration application form for applying Marriage Certificate.
  • Fill the application form with all the correct details of both Wife and Husband.
  • Pay the Prescribed fees in the form of a Challan.
  • Submit the completely filled application form along with the above said supporting documents and the fees Challan at Sub registrar’s office.
  • Both Wife and Husband along with the witnesses must visit the Sub registrar’s office at the time of Marriage Registration.
  • After the submission of the application form along with the supporting documents, Wife and Husband along with the witnesses must sign in front of the Sub Registrar.
  • After completion of the above process, a receipt will be issued to the applicant with the Marriage Certificate’s issue date.
  • On that date you can collect your Marriage Certificate by hand or you can get it by post if you want.

Documents Required for Applying Marriage Certificate:

  • Wedding Invitation card.
  • Marriage photograph with the married couple.
  • Residential proof (any one spouse’s).
  • Date of Birth proof.
  • 3 Witnesses (at the time of registration).
  • Completely filled Application form.
  • Prescribed fees.

How to apply for Marriage Certificate Offline in Haryana State?

  • Visit your nearest Registration and Stamps department or Sub Registrar office where you are living from the last six months.
  • Take the application Form applying for Marriage Certificate.
  • Fill the application form with all the correct details of both Wife and Husband.
  • Pay the prescribed fees in the form of a Challan.
  • Submit the completely filled application form along with the above mentioned supporting documents and fees Challan to the concerned authority at Sub registrar’s office.
  • Both Wife and Husband along with the witnesses must visit the Sub registrar’s office at the time of Marriage Registration.
  • After the submission of the application form along with the supporting documents, Wife and Husband along with the witnesses must sign in front of the Sub Registrar.
  • After completion of the above process, a receipt will be issued to the applicant with the Marriage Certificate’s issue date.
  • On that date you can collect your Marriage Certificate by hand or you can get it by post if you want.
