  • Select Caste Certificate download option.

  • Before filling the application form, go through the application form once because false information or incorrect information may lead to the rejection of your application form.

  • If the Residence Certificate is ready then you can download it and take the print.

  • Visit your nearest Citizen Services Center or Nagar Nigam Service Center or your nearest MRO or Deputy Tahsildhar office or a Stationery shop where you can find Jammu & Kashmir Caste Certificate application form.
  • Take an application form for applying Jammu & Kashmir Caste Certificate.
  • Before filling the application form, go through the application form once because false information or incorrect information may lead to the rejection of your application form.
  • Fill the application form with correct information.
